This is the informational website of Los Joyeritos, a family jewelry shop at 7045 N Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. By browsing it you accept these simple terms. If anything here raises a question, ask us — we prefer a conversation over fine print.
2 · Information, without warranties
We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but the content is offered 'as is', as general information, and we can't guarantee it is free of errors or always up to date. For anything important — hours, services, availability — confirm with us by phone or WhatsApp before you drive over.
3 · Jewelry and availability
Our showcase changes often — pieces sell and new ones arrive. The availability of any piece varies in store, and a photo on this site is not a promise that the exact piece is in the vitrine today. Message us and we'll gladly confirm what's here.
4 · Financing
Financing is provided by independent third-party partners — American First Finance, Acima Leasing, Snap! Finance and Synchrony. Every application is subject to each partner's own approval process, terms and conditions; Los Joyeritos does not approve, deny or set the terms of any financing plan. What you read on this site about financing is informational — the agreement you sign with the partner is what governs.
5 · Online purchases
Online purchases are handled entirely at our shop site, which has its own terms, policies and checkout. These terms cover this informational site only.
6 · Honest reviews
We love hearing from our customers, the good and the not-so-good. Every customer sees the same review card, and every customer may post a public review — nobody is ever blocked or filtered out. Private feedback sent through the site goes to the family and is never published.
7 · Intellectual property
The Los Joyeritos name, logo, photos and texts on this site belong to the business. You're welcome to share links to our pages; please don't copy or reuse our logo or photos for commercial purposes without asking us first.
8 · Links to other sites
This site links to outside services — financing partners, our online shop, social networks and maps. Those sites belong to their owners and have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States — where our shop lives and works.
