Free watch battery replacement
Watch stopped? Hand it to whoever is at the counter and keep browsing. We open the case back, set in a fresh battery and close it up, and most watches are ticking again in minutes. When we hand it back, you owe us nothing. It's the little favor our customers keep mentioning in their Google reviews.

Free band sizing & clasp adjustment
Band too big, or links pinching? We remove or add back links and adjust the clasp so the watch sits on your wrist the way it should. Same deal as the battery: done at the counter, usually in minutes, and free.

No. Battery swaps and band sizing are walk-in, first come, first served, Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
